Welcome to Sisters Festival of Books!
A multi-day celebration of literature and storytelling In the NW
Taking place in beautiful Sisters, Oregon and occurring across multiple venues, SFOB celebrates all things literature and storytelling - from workshops to poetry & story slams to author events and meet & greets…and even the opportunity to attend a catered chef’s dinner inside of our local indie bookstore alongside some of the authors attending the festival!
Funds from the festival will be used to provide book grants to local public school libraries, create a scholarship fund administered through SistersGRO, and support other literacy initiatives in Central Oregon.

Our Mission
Our mission is to promote literacy, foster a love of reading and storytelling, and increase access to the literary arts across Central Oregon, with an emphasis on uplifting underrepresented voices. We aim to connect readers, writers, and storytellers from across the NW and beyond in a celebration of all things literature, serving as a hub for cultural enrichment and engagement.
